If another email service worked but yahoo didn't, that suggests it's possibly yahoo that is blocking the verification email, could she report this to yahoo and see if they can fix it?
Both are yahoo accounts. The same one actually just the second was a disposable email address.
@huidong A bit offtopic: that new hotdog button shown on hover is a little annoying in the case of this topic as the title is too long and the button is shown on hover, making the title break into two lines and pushing the rest of the content as well, distracting! I think the icon should be smaller and placed in the row above the title.

Do you all have an answer for ouch1? She has to create a new email log in every time she wants to visit.
